OUR APPROACH
We believe in simplicity, efficiency, and options. If you just want to learn a new topic, we offer that. If you understand the basics but need a vetted process to follow to produce an outcome, we offer that. And, if you need a customized approach, we offer that too. The choice is yours.
This is Mickie again. After experimenting with different business models over the years, I discovered what I love is educating and consulting; I didn’t want to build a firm where I primarily managed others doing the work I enjoy most.
Over 25 years in and that personalized approach remains. I am the lead educator and consultant and sole client contact on most projects. Yet, recognizing that sometimes specialized expertise is needed and having backup in case of emergencies is important, I also have a team of trusted subcontractors that can be pulled in when needed.
I believe this lean approach has served our clients well. However, since our bandwidth is limited, it has also meant having to turn away clients. While often I was able to refer to a trusted network of consulting firms and testing agencies, sometimes I struggled to find a good fit for them – usually the groups with small budgets.
As a solution, I’m finally creating what I’ve wanted to for years, but didn’t make the time to do. A collection of online learning modules, templates, and tools that can be accessed by anyone, anytime.

For those who want a deeper dive, we will offer courses. Courses are focused on helping you understand a subject. Typically, we design curricula in a modular format so that you can select just one course or a full bundle to cover the full topic– whatever meets your current needs. Guided DIY through CredKits
If you need to learn but also need to act, then our CredKits, are for you. They provide foundational knowledge and guide you through a process to the outcomes you need. That means they include instructional videos and downloadable backgrounders, tools, and templates. Consulting
Consulting is for organizations who have unique or complex needs that need a customized approach or for organizations with limited staff resources and/or expertise that need a facilitator to keep their projects on track and ensure they are compliant with accreditation standards.
